Payment Options
To help you meet your educational expenses, Impact Christian College and Leadership Institute is proud to offer a convenient monthly Tuition Payment Plan. The monthly payment plan is not a loan program or financial aid. There are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check.
ICCLI requires that all fees and tuition be paid in full at the time of enrollment. However, if an installment plan is needed, one of the payment plans listed below may be requested. Should a payment plan be selected, the student becomes liable for the full amount.
Low Tuition Objective
We are dedicated to providing a quality and spiritual educational training to help prepare students to serve the Lord Jesus Christ that will not put the student in a should not leave that individual with unbearable financial debt.
For this reason, we have not obtained a inexpensive accreditation and not sought federal governmental student loans or scholarships.
Student Loans
Our policy is to provide an in-house, interest-free, student loan in the form of a “pay-as-you-go” program rather than requiring the student to pay the full tuition at the beginning of each semester.
Schedule flexibility is just another fantastic benefit of our method. Students can complete their courses at their own pace and meet their learning objectives at any time. The rate of advancement is determined by their own income, job schedules, and personal preferences.

Payment Policies
We receive payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Cashier’s Check, eCheck, Cash App ($ICCLI), and Zelle. If you are paying by bank check, please provide name of student, student number, or email. All checks and money orders made payable to ICCLI.
Each student will receive ICCLI’s financial policies and their Academic Completion Plan (ACP). You may pay your tuition in full or choose one of the payment plans. A deposit is required for the 24 and 36 monthly plans. This amount will be reflected on your ACP for the payment plans per arrangements with the admission’s office. The deposit applies to the cost of tuition.
You will receive your first course along with your enrollment paperwork once your down payment, application and enrollment fee and first month’s tuition is received. You will receive one course at a time. Once one class has been completed, another will be made available to you after your monthly tuition has been paid. All coursework and exams will be emailed to you in PDF format. All programs are self-paced. You will have four years to complete your degree program.
Once your deposit, application and enrollment fee, and first month’s tuition are received, you will receive your enrollment paperwork along with your first course. You will get each course in turn. After you’ve finished one class, you’ll be able to take another once your monthly tuition has been paid. All coursework and tests will be available through your personal Classe365 account assigned by ICCLI. All programs are self-paced. Your degree program must be completed in four years.
Tuition must be paid in full within 24 months even if the student has not completed all coursework required to receive their degree.
Upon receipt of your cost in full or set up payment plan that is relevant to the degree program, in which you need to join, you will receive your ACP and your first course. Monthly payments are expected at the latest the fifth of every month. However, a $25 late fee will be assessed to the student if the required payment is not received by the due date. Inability to make regularly scheduled installments for two (2) sequential months will be reason for removal from the Degree Program, unless other arrangements have been made with the approval of the admission’s office. The student may appeal and seek reinstatement if he or she is expelled for financial reasons. However, the student will be required to pay the entire balance, including late and reinstatement fees, if they are expelled for financial reasons. Refund Policy
A student may withdraw from a degree program at any time in writing or completing a withdraw slip provided by ICCLI. There is a No Refund Policy. All payments are non-refundable upon enrollment in a certificate or degree program. Student must complete all academic program requirements and financial obligations before any certificate, diploma, or degree will be awarded.
